I have noticed that every single picture that I have drawn since the Talon Nightblade picture has gotten increasingly more complicated. I need to learn how to simplify so that I could cut back on time. But then again, cramming in a bunch of detail that goes mostly unnoticed to the viewer is pretty satisfying.
Still striving to get the lighting right. The torso area looks rather flat since it is illuminated from two directions. Multiple light sources is something I am unaccustomed to.
Probably going to finish up the rest of my requests using traditional art since it is faster. The comparatively smaller color palette will ensure that I do not overdo the shading. Had to make this one look good since someone was dishing out their money for this.
Need to learn how to vary my facial expressions and face proportions. My entire gallery looks like an army of clones since I use technically the same base for every face.
He is supposed to be floating. But I cropped out his legs since I was too lazy to color them. Now his posture looks stiff.
The thumbnail looks bad. Man, I'm nitpicking over unimportant things.
His eyes look unfocused.
